Summary:
This position requires testing of raw materials and finish goods on a daily basis and frequently in a high volume environment. Interacts with other lab technicians, engineers and manufacturing personnel frequently while testing raw materials, finish products, R & D projects, etc.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
o Perform raw material tests
o Report test results to plants
o Perform finish product tests
o Perform basic maintenance on lab equipment
o Test customer complaints and provide report
o Perform gage calibrations
o Test competitor samples and provide report
o Prepare raw material and finish products for testing
o Assist in developing and writing lab and quality control procedures
o Most assignments are standardized and minimal supervision is required.
o Maintain clean work area

The Fleet Maintenance Technician is primarily responsible for maintaining fleet equipment and ensuring that all over-the-road equipment is legal, safe and road worthy. The Fleet Maintenance Technician must track all jobs and labor hours utilizing a work order system and must effectively operate within the Fleet R&M budget and optimize performance. This position requires the flexibility to work 40+ hours per week and weekends as required. The Fleet Maintenance Technician reports directly to the Fleet Maintenance Manager or Plant Manager.
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

The 2nd Shift Supervisor is responsible for supporting the manufacturing operations by helping to troubleshoot equipment and process problems in order to improve the safety, quality and productivity of the shift/plant. The Process Technician should be proficient with the production platforms of the operation and proactively work to increase the safe operation of equipment, the skills of manufacturing employees and improve processing techniques and productivity. The Process Technician should ensure that proper maintenance is completed. This position requires the flexibility to work 40+ hours per week and weekends as required.
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

- Support training for all employees on the shift regarding the areas of safety and quality, as well as integral job functions

Performs a variety of electrical maintenance work in machine wiring and control panel building. Will work closely with other technicians and engineering disciplines while building, wiring & troubleshooting of new & used equipment and processes.
Primary Job Responsibilities:

- Conceive, design, build, and integrate machine controls for extruders, corrugators, extrusion die controls, motor controls, and downstream equipment.
- Contact, specify, and order all control components from suppliers.
- Assist Engineering Electrical with drawings and code issues.
- Design necessary mechanical mountings and guarding for control integration.
- Work on a daily basis with manufacturing plant personnel to troubleshoot operating and safety issues with production machinery.

Summary:
Performs the preventive and reactive maintenance duties required for the manufacturing operations of the plant. Priorities of the Maintenance Technician include the execution of PM schedules, repair of any equipment that is needed to maintain maximum production rates and maintenance of an adequate spare parts inventory. This position requires the flexibility to work 40+ hours per week, weekends as required and fulfill on-call duties for repairs and assistance.

The Material Handler’s primary function is to maintain raw material for each line and ensuring that the proper machines and parts they need are operating correctly. Another responsibility of a Material Handler is moving and packaging palletized loads to the yard. . This position requires the flexibility to work 40+ hours per week and weekends as required. The Material Handler reports directly to the Shift Supervisor.
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

- Fill out skid labels properly and place on the proper skids.

Helping on monthly cycle counts, accurately documenting all shipments and receipts, and reporting and discrepancies are all tasks of the Shipping Dock Worker/Forklift Operator. This position requires the flexibility to work 40+ hours per week, weekends as required and also fulfill on-call duties for repairs and assistance. The Shipping Dock Worker/Forklift Operator reports directly to the Assistant Shipping Manager or the Shipping Manager.
