A Lead Operator is responsible for performing and maintaining the daily activities associated with a production line. This includes housekeeping, safety, quality, maintaining production efficiencies, repair and maintenance and minimizing downtime. This position requires the flexibility to work 40+ hours per week and weekends as required. Ability to work varying shifts is also required due to equipment changeovers. The 2nd Shift Supervisor is responsible for supporting the manufacturing operations by helping to troubleshoot equipment and process problems in order to improve the safety, quality and productivity of the shift/plant. The Process Technician should be proficient with the production platforms of the operation and proactively work to increase the safe operation of equipment, the skills of manufacturing employees and improve processing techniques and productivity. The Process Technician should ensure that proper maintenance is completed. This position requires the flexibility to work 40+ hours per week and weekends as required.

Performs a variety of electrical maintenance work in machine wiring and control panel building. Will work closely with other technicians and engineering disciplines while building, wiring & troubleshooting of new & used equipment and processes.

- Conceive, design, build, and integrate machine controls for extruders, corrugators, extrusion die controls, motor controls, and downstream equipment.
- Contact, specify, and order all control components from suppliers.

Summary:
Performs the preventive and reactive maintenance duties required for the manufacturing operations of the plant. Priorities of the Maintenance Technician include the execution of PM schedules, repair of any equipment that is needed to maintain maximum production rates and maintenance of an adequate spare parts inventory. This position requires the flexibility to work 40+ hours per week, weekends as required and fulfill on-call duties for repairs and assistance.
